Lance Oliver is a Shareholder and the Managing Partner of Client Relations and Business Development for Russell, Oliver & Stephens, PLC.  He is one of the founding members of the firm.  Since the firm opened in 2001, he has handled health plan reimbursement matters on behalf of employers, plan fiduciaries, and third-party administrators.  He is a frequent speaker on ERISA, FEHBA, Medicare, and other health plan subrogation and reimbursement topics at conferences around the country, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals Annual Conference.  Moreover, he has authored numerous articles regarding subrogation law for publications such as the Legal Affairs Bulletin of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Subrogator of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

In 2004, Mr. Oliver created “SubWorks,” the first-ever interactive subrogation legal database for all states and federal circuits, which is used every day by many professionals around the country.  In 1997, Mr. Oliver graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Arts, and in 2001, he graduated cum laude from The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
