Mrs. Peoples-Pierce received a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications with an emphasis in Social Media Management, as well as a minor in History from Arkansas State University in the winter of 2018. She then earned a J.D. from The University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2022.
During her time at law school, Mrs. Peoples-Pierce interned with Just City of Memphis where she was able to display her interest in the criminal legal system, clerked for a local Memphis family law firm specializing in divorce and mediation, and participated as a student attorney at the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic. She also earned the CALI award for the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic while in law school. Mrs. Peoples-Pierce was a member of the Health Law Society, Public Action Law Society, Street Law, and Association for Women Attorneys. Additionally, Mrs. Peoples-Pierce clerked in Crittenden County at a firm working on probate matters as well as personal injury cases.
In her spare time, Mrs. Peoples-Pierce enjoys going to the movie theater to see horror movies, reading thriller and romance books, cardio, learning information about cars, spending time with her husband, taking her little sister to tennis events, and caring for her three cats and five giant breed dogs.
